HE HAS REMOVED HIS SAFTY BELT WHICH HAS BIND TO THE V CROSS ARM & WAS CLIMING DOWN. SUDDENLY, HE LAID DOWN THE GRIP OF BOTH HAND FROM POLE. THE VICTIM HAS CAUGHT THE 11KV 185 MM2 XLPE TO SURVIVE HIM SELF. WITH THE HELP OF CABLE HE CAME AT 12 FEET HEIGHT & THAN JUMPED ON EARTH ON HIS RIGHT LAG. After Erection Of Poles At Around 12 : 00 Noon, The Gang Has Started Stringing Of 'Y' Phase (Top Side Phase) Conductor. While They Were Stinging The 'Y' Phase Conductor Where 66 Kv Bhalgamda-Sara Line Is Passing, Some How The 11 Kv Conductor Came In Induction Zone Of 66 Kv Line & The Gang Person (4 Nos) Who Are In Contact With 11 Kv Conductor Are Get Shocked & All Are Badly Burnt. Out Of 4 Nos. Of Gang Person Are Immediately Shifted To Civil Hospital, Halvad. Out Of 4 Nos. Of Gang Persons Shri Jivasing Kupsing Ravat Is Died At Civil Hospital.
